If you have been quoted S$1,500, you were probably quoted a template with your logo on it. If you have been quoted S$80,000, ask what the extra scope is. Most real business sites sit in the ranges below.
Base: from S$8,000
For a business that needs a credible site and clear enquiry routes. Expect a structured set of pages, a design that fits your brand, an editable CMS so your team can update content, mobile layouts, and the technical basics so search engines can read the site. Timeline: about 4 to 6 weeks.
Elevated: S$15,000 to 20,000
For brands where the site is part of the product: custom design, bespoke page types, booking or enquiry flows, richer interaction. This is where design time, not build time, is the main cost.
Enterprise: S$25,000 to 60,000
For organisations with multiple teams, markets or systems to connect to. Cost rises with integrations, security and performance requirements, and the governance needed around who can publish what.
The five things that change your quote
- Number and variety of pages
- Custom design or template-led
- Integrations (payments, booking, CRM, logins)
- Who writes and sources the content
- How quickly you can approve each round
What is not in the build price
Hosting, security updates, backups and small changes after launch. Ask what a care plan includes. Photography, copywriting and paid media are separate unless stated.
How we price
We scope a fixed set of deliverables (design, development, deployment), agree a price per phase, and build in weekly steps you can see. For example, the HallyuCon event page went from kickoff to live in 2 weeks.
